| Timing and delivery of services | Membership registration is required to use our services. Before starting to use the paid services, you must pay the fee using the payment method described above. You will be able to access the system and take lessons as soon as we confirm your payment. |
| Cooling off | Students may withdraw from the service contract in writing within 8 days after receiving the course confirmation email (contract document). However, this is limited to cases where the service period exceeds 2 months and the total contract amount exceeds 50,000 yen. |
| Cancellation During Contracted Period (Refund of Fees and Withdrawal of Membership) | If you request cancellation of the contract after the cooling-off period has elapsed, we will not refund the fees you have already paid because this service is provided on a monthly basis. Therefore, if you wish to change the course or cancel your membership, please contact us through the system at least 3 business days prior to your monthly payment date. We will then guide you through the necessary procedures for course change or withdrawal. |
